OOC PERMISSIONS

[ Back-Tagging ] Yes—But I tend not to back-tag beyond the current month unless otherwise discussed.
[ Thread-Hopping ] Yes—But ask first to make sure all participants agree so as to avoid stepping on toes.
[ Fourth-Walling ] No—It runs the risk of becoming entirely too complicated, but I'm not opposed to the indirect variety.
[ Action VS Prose ] Either—Generally, I'll match my RP partner, as I use both and have no personal preference.
[ Offensive Subjects ] None—But I'd prefer to keep heavy sex-related topics to a minimum unless otherwise discussed.

IC PERMISSIONS

[ Pranks & Theft ] Ask. Seymour is vain, albeit not especially materialistic, but that doesn't mean that he will take lightly to the theft of his personal belongings. While pranks, depending upon their nature and whether or not they cross any lines, will most likely be received with less open displeasure. As a player I'm generally be open to both types of plot, so if you're interested in pursuing one or the other (or both) just let me know. I'll be happy to work something out with you.

[ Physical Affection ] Yes. Seymour does not balk at the idea of being physical with anyone, be it in a platonic way or seemingly romantic. In fact, he is incredibly difficult to make physically uncomfortable and will more than likely be the first to cross any physical boundaries.

[ Physical Violence ] Ask. Even though Seymour is an Unsent and physically harming him was a difficult task on Spira, he is much more vulnerable in this world. Nevertheless, whether or not he responds to attacks on his person (and how severely he may choose to do so) is entirely circumstantial. It's no secret that Seymour is a violent man, so if you're interested in pursuing something along these lines, let's talk first to discuss specifics.

[ Relationships ] Yes. Keeping in mind that Seymour is the sort of man willing to woo people he thinks are useful and any attempts at courting will probably be insincere and a front for some scheme or another.

[ Mental Information ] Ask. A man of shrewd intellect, Seymour isn't very gullible. Exceptionally bright and iron-willed, attempts to read or alter his thoughts will be a challenging (but not impossible) task, particularly for those with some magical influence over the dead. He reads as someone who is guarded, sly, and oftentimes inappropriately amused. Delving even deeper than that, his anger with the world and his bitterness towards humanity are both readily apparent; he is a lonely man reluctant to face reality.

[ Magical Information ] As an Unsent, Seymour will project for those capable of sensing it a sort of aura indicative of his being dead. He also possesses very strong magic, both offensive and defensive in nature, as well as the ability to summon an entity called an aeon that boasts an exceptional power of its own and is very dangerous. Seymour is also capable of briefly nullifying certain types of magic.

[ Offensive Subjects & Triggers ] Nothing is off limits. Seymour may show strong responses to questions regarding his family, but more often than not he will be cautious in what he allows himself to say, at least for the time being. Canonically, Seymour is a man whose behavior is not at all admirable: he kills his father in cold blood, causes the deaths of countless others, and forces a woman to marry him against her will while conspiring to kill her, too. If these actions or any others he has taken in canon, or if any of the unpleasant things he has said should disturb you and you would like me to avoid having Seymour respond to your character(s), please let me know in a comment below.

POWER PERMISSIONS

FARPLANE SCENT is a latent ability that all Guado possess, allowing them to differentiate the living from the unsent (or undead) by their smell alone.
1a) Is your character a ghost, one of the undead, or have they been revived from their canonical point of death for the purpose of the game?
1b) May Seymour detect the fact that your character isn't traditionally alive?

SCAN (also known as Libra) is a spell that reveals combat stats and basic information about the target, including strengths and weaknesses. An example can be found here.
2a) May Seymour use the Scan spell on your character?
2b) If yes, please fill out the form below...

Name: FirstName LastName
About: A brief description of the character and their approach to combat that is approximately 250 characters in length.
Magic: Do they have magic or spiritual abilities that closely resemble magic?
Magic Level: Would you describe their magical strength as very low, low, average, high, or very high?
Elemental Affinity: What elements are ineffective against them?
Elemental Weakness: What elements are they weak versus?
Immunities: Are they physically invulnerable, mentally shielded, immune to disease or poisons, etc.?
Physicality: Physically, what are their greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Mentality: Mentally, what are their greatest strengths and weaknesses?

BANISH (also known as Warp) removes an opponent from Seymour's vicinity by teleporting them elsewhere.
3) May Seymour use the Banish spell to teleport your character away from him?

INSTANT DEATH abilities, such as Break or Anima's Pain, regardless of any yes or no answers to this field, will always prompt me to ask for permission first. Which means what I really want to know is...
4a) Would you like to plot using Break or Anima's Pain (which both result in instant death) in the future?
4b) Would you prefer never to be approached about the potential for death plots?
